BY PURCHASING THE TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
The General ticket gives you ENTRY ONLY. No Cover included.
 
A physical wrist band will be issued at the venue on the day of the event in exchange for your e ticket purchase confirmation. Please carry valid photo id for verification of the ticket holder name along with your e ticket print out.
 
Any inappropriate behaviour by any of the person shall lead to eviction from the venue without any discussions.
 
No re-entry is permitted for the entire period of the event.
 
Elusive Nightlife or any of its agents, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft,losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
 
Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
 
Organic colours will available at the venue. No outside colours allowed.
 
Food and beverages will be available inside the festival. Outside food items not allowed.
 
Rights of admission reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
 
Drink Responsibly. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of drinks consumed in the venue by guests.
 
The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
 
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
 
Elusive Nightlife reserves the right to randomly check patrons for tickets and wristbands.
 
This Event uses amplified sound. 
 
Food and beverage coupons shall be purchased at the Event venue and will not be refundable.
 
Parking near or at the venue is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner.
 
Events starts at 9.00 am and ends at 6.00 pm
