Zumba classes are typically about an hour long and are taught by our instructor Nidhi who is licensed by Zumba Fitness, LLC.
Zumba is a Latin dance fitness programme which includes salsa, merengue, Cumbia and reggaeton. Also has a flavour of bollywood n regional songs. The choreography includes easy to follow dance steps along with fitness variations.
