What should I bring into the event?

Trainees are requested to bring their laptop and to the session as there will be hands-on exercises. 

Does the training cost include implementation?

No, implementation of the customer's CRM solution will not be a part of classroom training.

Will the training be tailored to my organization?

No, the classroom training is not exclusive to any single organisation or industry. The scenarios, demonstrations and examples shown as part of training will be generic and not tailored to any individual organisation's preference.

Can I reschedule my registration?

Yes, you may reschedule a course that you have applied by sending an email to training@zohocorp.com

Please note that you can reschedule the registered courses to a different date only as a whole, and not in parts. For example, if the trainee has registered for June 4, 5 and 6 they cannot attend the sessions on June 4 and 5, and reschedule the session on June 6 for a different date.

Will I be charged to reschedule my registration?

Rescheduling requests received up to two weeks prior to the start of a course will be entertained without any additional charge. Please note that rescheduling request will not be entertained to the extent that it relates to switching to a different mode of training (ex. from classroom to online) or switching to another course-category (ex. from admin to user or manager)

Terms & Conditions

The following Cancellation/Rescheduling policy applies to both online and classroom training courses:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a course that you have applied by sending an email to training@zohocorp.com;
  • Cancellation requests received up to three weeks prior to the start of classroom training course and up to two weeks prior to start of an online training course will be entertained by Zoho for a full refund of the registration fees received by Zoho;
  • Rescheduling requests received up to two weeks prior to the start of a course will be entertained without any additional charge. Registrant understands that a rescheduling request will not be entertained to the extent that it relates to switching to a different mode of training (ex. from classroom to online) or switching to another course-category (ex. from admin to user or manager);
  • Registrant will not be entitled to any refund of the registration fees if the registrant fails to cancel the course(s) within the timeline specified herein;
  • Registrant will not be entitled to any refund of the registration fees if the registrant fails to attend the course(s);
  • Zoho reserves the right to cancel courses, change course location, change instructors, or change course content. In the event that a course must be canceled or the location of the course changed, registrants will be informed seven days prior to the start of the course.
