Zoho CRM - Classroom Training for Administrators (Delhi, June 18-20, 2018)
The following Cancellation/Rescheduling policy applies to both online and classroom training courses:
You may cancel or reschedule a course that you have applied by sending an email to training@zohocorp.com;
Cancellation requests received up to three weeks prior to the start of classroom training course and up to two weeks prior to start of an online training course will be entertained by Zoho for a full refund of the registration fees received by Zoho;
Rescheduling requests received up to two weeks prior to the start of a course will be entertained without any additional charge. Registrant understands that a rescheduling request will not be entertained to the extent that it relates to switching to a different mode of training (ex. from classroom to online) or switching to another course-category (ex. from admin to user or manager);
Registrant will not be entitled to any refund of the registration fees if the registrant fails to cancel the course(s) within the timeline specified herein;
Registrant will not be entitled to any refund of the registration fees if the registrant fails to attend the course(s);
Zoho reserves the right to cancel courses, change course location, change instructors, or change course content. In the event that a course must be canceled or the location of the course changed, registrants will be informed seven days prior to the start of the course.
