This time, Plan The Unplanned has decided to give you a dose of peace along with the regular adventurous joyride - hence, we have clubbed both these amazing things together for you! During the Kunti Betta Trek, you'll get to unwind your body, mind, and soul under the guidance of our Yoga Practitioner. This is your chance to connect to nature, unearth your innate energies and get inspired by the ancient art of fitness through our Yoga and Trek Tour.

It's time to leave the usual road and take the path less traveled, towards connecting yourself with the utmost beauty of Kunti Betta and see yet another living which is one of its kind on earth. Though leaving the road is not that easy - here’s just a small route to enter the trails, A 130 km drive on the Mysore Highway towards Mandya and then a right turn, past sugar cane plantations with the catchy smell of jaggery plants, will take you to Pandavapura. The Pandavas are said to have ended their 14-year long exile here, hence the name Pandavapura aptly fits the place. With its steep rock faces and a stone pillar on its summit, Kunti Betta (950 mts) is hard to not notice from here. A short drive from Pandavapura to the temple at the base, and then a stair climb and you are on the trail to Kunti Betta.

As we've mentioned earlier, this trek would also culminate the best essence of yoga, thus, you need to be prepared to take the breaks, cut yourself from the world, and connect to your roots to rejoice the goodness of your being. You need not have any prior knowledge of yoga, our expert friend will guide you in the best possible manner and help you to achieve the best results.

For the first time ever, Plan The Unplanned is bringing an exclusive Yoga Session for you and it's just gonna give you the apt solace you've been looking for. The sessions will be conducted by Jugnu Agarwal, a Yoga Alliance certified yogini, who did her Bachelors in Visual Communication, Fine arts. In her career she has actively been associated with theatrical plays. Her journey with yoga started in order to lose weight but very little did she know that it would transform her mind, body, and soul. She was consumed by the magnificent power of yoga and took it up as a full-time goal and wanted to not restrict the art of yoga only to herself but spread it around for the well-being of every individual.

In order to discover more about this art, she specialized in different forms like Hatha, Ashtanga, Prenatal and other functional training from different places. Her classes integrate dynamic vinyasa flow asana, Prayanama with the application of precise alignment, visualization, intention and prayers to create an inner journey towards healing and empowerment. She blends classical yoga and modern techniques along with meditation practices to establish optimal health, wellness, fitness and spiritual awareness. Jugnu is spreading awareness about this art and its benefit around the globe through her articles in magazines and newspapers in countries like the USA, Canada as well in parts of Africa and Asia.
