In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance. 

Yogasanas are physical postures through which one can transform the body and the mind into a possibility for ultimate wellbeing. Offered as a set of 21 powerful postures, this is a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy to naturally achieve a chemistry of health, joy, blissfulness, and above all balance. 

 

The practice of Yogasanas provides countless benefits including:

Terms & Conditions

1.  Age - 14 and above.

 

2. Please maintain the empty stomach condition which means

  • Full meal - 4 hours gap

  • Snack (if skipped a meal) - 2 1/2 hours

  • Beverage - 1 1/2 hours gap. A glass  or two of water is OK (you can add honey or fresh lemon juice to water if you want)

 

 

3. Following people should not practise Asanas.

  • People with Hernia

  • pregnant women

  • people with serious back diseases 

 

4. People with following conditions should consult a doctor before practicing Asanas.

  • Artificial joint replacement

  • Recent surgeries (6 months)

 

 5. Please carry you own yoga mat.

 

 6. No refund policy.

 

7. Attendance for all the sessions is compulsory.
