Ajoy Ghosh 

Mr Ajoy Ghosh, an alumnus from IIT Delhi is a seasoned professional with 33 + years of corporate work experience in Behavioral Training, Profit Centre Operations and Sales & Distribution Management.He has extensive experience in conducting training programs to enhance operational efficiencies of workforce focusing on various Soft skills, Behavioral skills, and Leadership programs. He has worked in the capacity of Vice President for leading Indian companies and has successfully managed operations as Head of Eastern region including Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Andaman& Nicobar island. He is recognized for the various innovative experiential interventions he brings in his training programs. He creates a friendly learning environment for maximum participation & structured effective communication for high retention & application. He has successfully delivered programs both Classrooms based as well as Out-bound Training(OBT). He is a BTech from IIT Delhi and has completed his Masters from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. He has trained at all levels, across industries.
