Number of Participants

Number of participants is limited to 30 for effectiveness.


Registration charge is Rs. 2,300/ (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred only) - per participant which includes Lunch, Tea/ Coffee and Snacks.  The Last date for registration is 25 Jan. 2012.

Registrations will be accepted on 'First come First Served' basis. We request the participants to call us and confirm the availability of seats before making the payment.

Companies/Individuals interested in participation are requested to send confirmation of participation to Ravi or Bindu along with the payment details i.e. DD/ Cheque numbers, date, name of the bank etc.

Mode of Payment

Cash payment will be accepted at the venue between 9:00 AM and 9:45 AM on 28 January 2012 only when the participation is confirmed on or before 25 January 2012 and it supported by a reply mail from us confirming the registration.

About the Facilitator

Ravi Talluri has12 years of USA experience at Ford, General Motors and Applied Materials (a Semiconductor industry) and ten years of management consulting experience in India.  He has the track record of implementing world class best practices.  He has significantly improved quality and productivity thus improving top line and bottom line.  He is proficient in translating the voice of customer into meaningful products, new product design and development, solid modeling, FEA, design for assembly, design for manufacturing, TQM, Quality Circles, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, JIT, SMED, Machining, Variation Reduction, Cycle Time Reduction, Assembly Operations, Tool & Fixture Design, Value Stream Mapping, Automation, PLC, Machine Vision, and Manufacturing Simulation.  He is a passionate teacher, leader, and change agent.  At present, he is the Managing Director of his consulting organization and advises Indian companies to improve business and operational excellence.
