Objective:

At the end of the workshop, you will be able to demystify Product Management & solve complex business problems defined in the case study of MS IT Resource Utilization. You would define a Cloud-based product & work on a project that would involve derivation of solution based on Problem Statements, Information Hierarchy Design, Layout Design, User Process Flow Design. In the workshop you will be run through the case study related to desktop computing.
