Poulomi Ghosh joins the talent pool with a variety of HR & L & D experience. She is a Graduate in English Literature and Psychology with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. She comes with 19 years of work experience with IT/ITES industry, which includes Retail Operations & Sales, Human Resources, Management, Behavioral and Leadership and Talent Development
Poulomi has worked in retail verticals with the Amazon and Ebay, telecom vertical like AT & T and T-mobiles, Aviation like Air Asia. Her current assignment is with Visionet Systems – As Center Head & Site Talent Development/Management head. She has extensively travelled and worked in the USA, Singapore, Taiwan and Philippines
She has a strong background in coordinating, developing training programs, conducting TNA, and designing manuals and modules, training certification and implementation for both classroom and self-paced (E-Learning, Work At Home) training. Has the knowledge of principles, practices and methods of effective training, customer service principles and practices, call quality techniques, and presentation techniques. Sales Training workshops for Banking/Insurance and B2B sales process. Had conducted various Behavioral and Leadership Training workshops is passionate about enhancing people's skills, counsel and training them to grow personally as well as professionally.
