Training programs aim at achieving multiple objectives, and there are many important elements that can add to the impact of a training curriculum. Experiential Learning is one of them and Adult Training Techniques have always been influenced by the approach of ‘Experiential Training’. TYS Workshop’s focuses on two different ways to achieve its objective. One for a facilitator who enjoys planning workshops filled with games and activities and the other for those who focus on introspection, questionnaires or simply facilitation.
By Effective Debriefing and Questioning skills
Questions Are The Answers
Asking the right question is an art as well as a science and a must for an Effective Facilitator. By using the right questioning during facilitation, a facilitator can stimulate creativity, ownership to learning, learning retention participation and even un-learning.
Art Of Debriefing
Debriefing is the key to converting an activity/ exercise into a meaningful learning experience. Debriefing activity may be structured or spontaneous or a combination of both. It also involves the choice of exercise, methodology to debrief or choice of objective to be achieved. Here, the Facilitator plays a key role in selectively guiding discussion and learning insights.
