One Day Workshop on "Agile methods”

Introduction

Agile software development is a group of software development methods based on iterative and incremental development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams.

Being trained in Agile methodology and tools will enable individuals to blend in an existing Agile team as Agile developer or take up the role of Scrum master in facilitating the Agile Ceremonies.

Course Overview

This course would help students and software professionals to get introduced and oriented to concepts of Agile development. This would enable managers to initiate the transition of their software development teams to Agile methodology.

Pre-requisites:

Basic awareness of Software Development lifecycles.
