3 Days Workshop for “Accreditation Coordinators” on
“Documentation, Implementation & Auditing – Quality School Accreditation Standard”

The NABET accreditation standard for quality school governance has become essential and is the order of the day for ensuring and sustaining quality education in schools. The standard was developed by team constituted by QCI – Quality Council of India and was first launched in 2007 which got revised in 2008. For details, please

Mr P.Seshadri, Principal Consultant (QMS – Quality Management System) of Quality Council of India and
founder of ODC (Organisation Development Consultants) is trained, qualified and equipped to offer this unique “Do it
yourself kind of workshops” for the benefit of schools. The objective of launching of this intensive workshop was mainly to reduce cost of preparations by schools for accreditation by equipping schools with trained facilitators. Mr
Seshadri, an HRD & TQM professional is a CMC - Certified Management Consultant from (www.icmci.org) , immediate
past chairman of IMCI Hyderabad (www.imcindia.org) and presently chairman of ISTD Hyderabad ( www.istdtrg.org)

On completion of the workshop, the participants will be able to:
1. Understand standard requirements – documentation,implementation,auditing
2. Conduct training for colleagues on different requirements at different intervals
3. Simplify or develop and integrate documentation with existing systems
4. Organise documentation (Documents, Formats Records) as per NABET standard.
5. Facilitate implementation & audit process.
6. Audit the preparedness for NABET accreditation.
7. Assist the school in maintaining credentials on completion of accreditation.
