It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that we at QUIK (Quest Institute of Knowledge) are standing up for an impeccable social cause and organizing an event to celebrate ‘Women’s Cyber Safety Day’ on 26th March, 2017. The event would be providing a glimpse and educating women and girls of all ages on the basics of cyber security. It will also emphasize on the risks associated with Social Engineering and the actions needed to be taken to remain secure. In today’s Cyber-age where computers are the nerve of life’s functioning, it is very important to share knowledge to prevent girls and women from fraudsters, pranksters, Hackers, Cyber Bullying agents, Cyber harassment, Black Mailing and Cyber-Ransom etc. We have taken this initiative after coming to a consensus that the said issue requires urgent attention and awareness among women.
The guest lectures will be imparted by the Senior Officers from the police department, Cyber Security professionals and people from other related fields. They would be addressing core issues and problems that women face and ways to deal with them.
