A photographer is not only someone who masters a camera, he or she is essentially an "eye", a human being capable of transmitting something using the technical aspect... and beyond it. Here’s a workshop for photography lovers, both experts and amateurs, which not only covers the technical aspect of photography, but also the artistic and philosophical one.
Requirements: You would need a Reflex Digital Camera (SLR) for the workshop.

About Pierre Poulain:
Pierre seamlessly combines two major aspects of his life—philosophy and photography. He started as a street photographer in Paris in 1976. In 1986, he moved to Tel Aviv and started the Israeli branch of New Acropolis International School of Philosophy which he heads till date. He graduated from the Studio Gavra School of Photography in Israel and in the past 10 years he teaches photography workshops all over the world. His works have been featured internationally.
The full-day workshop will cover the essentials of photography techniques and will go beyond the technique to the philosophical meaning of photography. It will also include practical exercises.
