This two day Workshop presented by world renowned photographer and philosopher, Mr. Pierre Poulain, combines technical, artistic, and philosophical aspects of Photography. Amateurs and enthusiasts will discover their own potential, and develop the ability to transmit a moment or an emotion, using the technical features of a DSLR camera. Beyond the technical, students will learn about composition, and other essential aspects of photography through a study of technique observed in the works of several 20th century photographer maestros. Come and learn to appreciate this unique medium of expression; its ability to capture fundamental aspects of the invisible world.

Requirements: It is strongly recommended that students bring a DSLR camera, in order to fully participate in the practical exercises that will supplement the theoretical principles.
About Pierre Poulain:
Pierre seamlessly combines two major aspects of his life—philosophy and photography. He started as a street photographer in Paris in 1976. In 1986, he moved to Tel Aviv and started the Israeli branch of New Acropolis International School of Philosophy which he heads till date. He graduated from the Studio Gavra School of Photography in Israel and in the past 10 years he teaches photography workshops all over the world. His works have been featured internationally.
