Garima Jain started her career in commercial banking, and worked for around 5 years with banks like Standard Chartered and HSBC in Indore and Mumbai.
Garima founded Belita in 2010 with a vision to make professional, quality & hygienic beauty services available to every woman at convenience of home, simultaneously providing large employment opportunity to the youth of India, especially women.
Belita has served around 7500 customers in last 12 months providing more than 10,000 services from its four locations in Mumbai. The journey so far has been full of challenges, Belita strongly believes in importance of system and process to enhance quality & efficiency, and for expansion. Belita currently employ more than 40 therapists and 15 support staff.
Garima is a graduate from Delhi University has done Masters in International business. Garima did a Goldman Sachs sponsored program from Indian School of Business, where she was awarded with best Business Plan among 30 entrepreneurs.
She is an outdoor person, likes to meet people, and has recently taken up Paragliding as an energy booster& stress bursting sport.

Florista today has over 28 retail outlets both owned and franchised across ten cities in India and a dedicated Customer Care center for facilitating delivery of fresh flowers across India and World.
Smriti, an electrical engineer by qualification, has spent over 14 years in the IT industry before starting out on her own. She last worked for a German Software Company SOBIS (an IBM partner) as Joint. C.O.O., where her role was of Business Analysis and Development in European markets and overall operations of the company’s Mumbai division.
She was awarded the ‘Woman Entrepreneur of the year 2008’ organized by Indian Merchant Chambers, S.P Jain Institute of Management and Mariwala Foundation.
She also featured in the list of nominees for the TiE Stree Shakti awards for the Year 2009. Florista was awarded ‘Retail Business of the year 2011’ in the small business category organised by Zee Business and franchise India.
Formerly a business executive with over 15 years if experience in the corporate sector, Venky is the brains behind the corporatisation of the Vada Pav. Goli is the first Indian company in ethnic food, which has worked on the back end and its products such as vada’s, tikki’s and cutlets are made on a fully automated plant. Every product passes through a metal detector and x – ray machines with multinational tie – ups and American technology to take the poor street food to international standards.
Today, the company has over 75 outlets in Maharashtra (Dhulia, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Nashik, Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai & Bangalore.)
Goli Vada Pav aims to impart an ethnic status to the humble good old vada pav, create employment and play a pivotal role in nurturing entrepreneurs. To this end, Venky has instituted a training centre & a dedicated team is working on multiple programs that offer one, three & six month courses to youngsters in quick service restaurant management
