The format of the event is that the Industry captains address fresh graduates on what the industry expects from their new recruits, how the industry is changing and what are the new trends emerging. Further, they will also cover upcoming career opportunities, both with Indian and Global perspective.
The distinguished speakers at this event not only have outstanding industry perspective, but also understand the ground realities in Indian colleges and universities. #WIW is being done for the benefit of the graduates and it is a free event. Mr. T N Hari, HR Head, BigBasket.
TN Hari, the HR Head at BigBasket, is also an advisor and mentor to numerous young entrepreneurs and startups. He is also a Strategic Advisor at Fundamentum, founded by Nandan Nilekani and Sanjeev Aggarwal, which is one-of-its-kind scale up platform committed to building enduring technology companies out of India. The founders also have a stellar record in entrepreneurship and investing.
Hari has studied at IIT & IIM, and has worked at an executive level with multiple start-ups/scale-ups. His passion is building organizations of scale through clear thinking and relentless execution. He has also authored two books. The recent one, published by Penguin, is titled “Cut the Crap and Jargon – Lessons from the Startup Trenches”.
