Understanding the importance of Goals:
The first and most important step is to understand the goals of hackathon. Figure out a grass-root level or a common facing problem in your surroundings and find out a simple solution/idea to that problem.
It’s also important to understand the constraints. Uber, Amazon, and Facebook weren’t built in a day, so don’t expect the next killer Face book or twitter websites to be completely built within a36-hour hackathon. But, by developing an ideal website in 12 hours hackathon will inspire many students to come up more and more solution to all problems. Post-hackathon, students will start working on their ideal websites and re-creating, re-build them into bigger platforms.
