Get ready to decode ethnic fashion in all its glory at DLF Place as they are geared up for 15 days long festival- Weaves of India in association with NGO, One World Foundation. The festival, which goes on till 19th August, will give innumerable ways of reconnecting with our communal legacy and appreciating the diversity through Indian weaves and ethnic wear. There will be a handicraft and handloom exhibition by the artisans showcasing variety of apparel, home décor and accessories from states like Punjab, Benares, Madhya Pradesh, Lucknow, Gujarat amongst others under one roof, thereby highlighting the multicultural ethnicity of our country. As a part of this journey through India’s diversity, the event will also host a number of cultural performances by artists across the country. Right from Rajasthani Folk dance and music, Dandiya Garba to Lavni, Bhangra and Gidda, each performance will be a unique form of creative expression.
