All brides want to look their best on their wedding day, and Indian designer Winky Singh has been helping brides achieve this since the early 2000s, creating custom made gowns and ethnic Indian outfits for the creme de le creme of society. One of the first designers to introduce ’fusion-wear’ with intricate cutwork and appliques to the Indian market, she has collaborated with renowned international designers, in the past. Taking her brand, Ministry of Design further, she launched her first flagship store and bridal collection in 2013 and now has partnered with her daughter Rashima Singh to launch their second bridal and trousseau collection.
