 An organized Belgian chocolate tour!!! The tour will be entirely experiential with lots of hands on activities.

These Include: Learning to manipulate and temper Belgian chocolate from our master chocolatiers Learning to create your own personalized truffles (eating some as you go along, and take your creations home with you) Learning about the inner working of a boutique chocolaterie Learning about the history and evolution of chocolate (a brief presentation) Trying and tasting various types of chocolates . In the week of love, the chocolate Tour will be a Valentines week special.
