Have been very busy with work lately?
Or have you been bored with the city nuances?
Or do you just want to laze around on a Sunday morning..but this time on a beach?
Well, if you have answered yes to any of the questions above or if you have not, Tarkarli is the place to be.
Why Tarkarli?
A small village in the Taluka of Malvan, Tarkarli is bestowed with beautiful white sand beaches and clean waters. What I love about the Tarkarli beach line is its very clear and transparent water, which is seldom found today anywhere else. The color of the water there changes from deep ocean blue to a subtle light blue depending on the intensity of the sun. Apart from the eye soothing views that it offers, the village also offers hearty hospitality to its visitors. You shall witness the same in your interactions with the local people when there.
Why choose me to travel with?
I am currently living in Mumbai and am an avid explorer.
As far as travelling is considered, I believe in the beauty of both - Mother Nature and Moments.
Mother Nature - When it is away from our routine lives, a little different from the rest, tucked away in a peaceful and blissful blanket of beauty
Moments - When spent with people from various walks of life and culture, exchanging stories and learning from each other in the process. This also means that if you are wanting to/required to travel alone on this trip, I urge you to take it on. As its rightly said, "You make new friends only when you have enough space for them."
I believe this trip can serve both these purposes. I intend to provide you an experience, rather than a trip.
Exploring Tarkarli with me will also ensure that your comfort and preferences are given the utmost priority as I shall strive to keep you happy. Customer service is at the core of everything that I do. Moreover, I yearn for feedback of any kind. Your feedback will be actively implemented if feasible and reasonable.

Itinerary Details:
Day 1:
You will be greeted at Kudal railway station/bus stand and driven to home-stay. Once everyone reaches the Home-stay and has checked-in, we shall have a good ice-breaking session to introduce ourselves and get comfortable, while having breakfast. Then, we shall proceed to the Scuba Diving site. We will be taken on a boat to reach the actual dive point. Once done with Scuba Diving, we go next for Parasailing! Once done, we shall go out for lunch.
The evening will be devoted to adventurous water sports, namely - Speed Boat, Jet Ski, Banana Ride, Sofa Bumper Ride and Sleeping Bumper.
As the night ascends, we shall retreat to our Home-stay. While the dinner is made ready, we shall visit the beach, at a walking distance from the home-stay We shall play a bit of games or just have conversations with the sea by our sides. After all, its said for a reason that, "For a beach lover, there is no greater a combination than a beach, a star-lit clear sky and a good conversation".
Day 2:
We wake up to a beautiful sun-rise. Those of you who would like to start your day with Yoga can accompany me to the beach (early morning). If you plan to do so, please bring along a mat as the beach sand is not very supportive of humans trying to hold a difficult body position on it. If you are new to Yoga and Pranayam, I shall help you with learning the basic Surya Namaskara and Anulom Vilom Pranayama.
Once everyone is up, we shall get ready and have breakfast.
We shall then proceed to cover sight-seeing places in Tarkarli - The Rock Garden, Chivla beach, Devbaug Sangam and the Sindhudurg fort. Out of all these places, my favorites are the Rock Garden - for its picturesque location, ideal for good photography and the Devbaug Sangam - for the sheer sight of a river merging into an ocean.
We shall have lunch in between.
Finally, we bid adieu to each other and leave for our respective cities by evening/night as per our individual travel schedules.
