About V Narasimhan
V Narasimhan comes with three decades of Corporate experience and is Head (Learning & Development) - SUNDARAM LEARNING (a division of Sundaram Finance Holdings Ltd.). He is a passionate facilitator and a certified coach from the International Coach Federation.
Narasimhan is certified by the Barrett Values Centre (UK) in Cultural Transformation Models and Tools in building a Vision-Guided, Values-Driven Organization. He is an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) suite of instruments.
He is the present Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), India Chapter. In 2005, he was invited by the Caledonian University, Scotland for a lecture series on subjects like Emotional Intelligence, Coping Strategies for Change and Anxiety Management. In 2017, he was recognized as one of the 100 Most Talented Training & Development Leaders in India by the World HRD Congress.
