About The Event

The “Mind Game of Leadership” is a blended training program with a group training session followed by 3-month one-on-one ‘Leadership Coaching’ sessions with participants. The goal of the group session is to introduce proven and pragmatic leadership philosophies. During One-on-One coaching sessions, participants will transcend their current awareness and they take responsibility for behavioral changes before the subsequent sessions.



This is a powerful, practical and purposeful leadership development program with follow-up sessions for 90-days. The program is structured to guide participants through 4 learning phases and equip them to inculcate the behaviors of an effective leader.



There are three primary learning objectives of this program.




  1. Participants analyze their current leadership behaviors through prebuilt questionnaire
  2. Introduction to proven and celebrated leadership frameworks and philosophies
  3. Group Activities and Brainstorming Sessions to understand other  people’s thoughts and views



  1. Empower participants to choose the leadership philosophy to practice
  2. Allow participants to choose behavioral changes and develop a plan of action
  3. Participants choose topics for ‘One-on-One’ Coaching sessions (Client Centered Coaching)



  1. Develop ‘trust’ among participants to hone and embellish their leadership abilities
  2. Inspire participants to trust  the process of personal growth and change
  3. Trust in the ability of participants to learn and grow during One-on-One sessions
