The future of work is being shaped by two powerful forces: The growing adoption of artificial intelligence in the workplace, and the expansion of the workforce to include both on- and off-balance-sheet talent. What changes could be in store for the workplace, the workforce, and the nature of work itself?

The planned Future of Work session seeks to cover:

1. Productivity: Lessons to be learnt from remote working, efficient management of teams, and productivity management tips
2. Technology: Incorporation of technologies like Zoom, Webex, Hangouts, Meetings etc. as essential part of work culture
3. Culture: Inclusion and diversity at workplace and company culture during times of crisis
4. Cognitive Diversity: Bringing together a group of people with different thoughts and ideas as a part of one team and managing them efficiently
5. Mental Health: Ensuring mental well being of people at office and at home
6. Data Security: Addressing the challenges related to data security, resulting out of remote working
