About The Event

Interactive and educative virtual masterclass with a world-famed Leadership coach, Dr Marshall Goldsmith on the topic The Future of Effective Leadership - Focusing on Change.

The two-hour workshop is scheduled to be hosted virtually on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 between 5 pm to 7 pm IST

During the session, Dr Goldsmith will adopt a three-pronged proven approach for encouraging positive change to help amplify the Leadership acumen in already successful leaders. His narrative will revolve around the below lessons:

  • Leadership Is a Contact Sport: Developing as a leader is a difficult endeavour. Demands on leaders are increasing, meaning there is less time for focusing on change. And the catch is that as more is expected of you as a leader, the less time you have for development, and yet, improving your leadership skills is more important than ever. Marshall will be sharing his leadership development model that has been tried and tested and has worked well with thousands of people. It is the eight steps model: Ask, Listen, Think, Thank, Respond, Involve, Change, Follow Up

  • Feedforward instead of Feedback: Giving and receiving feedback has long been considered an essential skill for leaders. Feedforward instead of feedback is a process to give someone, suggestions for the future and help as much as they can. Feedforward tends to be more efficient and effective than feedback and make one’s life and workplace more enjoyable.

  • Six Question Coaching: The Six-Question process for coaching is a process which produces measurable changes in effectiveness in executives. The direct result-oriented process is a simple set of questions a leader can ask himself or his peers
  1. Where are we going?
  2. Where are you going?
  3. Doing well?
  4. Suggestions for the future?
  5. How can I help?
  6. Suggestions for me?
