Ganesh has more than 16 years of work experience in operations & training with renowned brands like McDonalds, The Orchid, Intercontinental - The Lalit & JW Marriott, as head of learning & development in the latter three. He is currently working with Reliance Digital as AGM – Learning & Development.

Prior to this he has been a consultant to brands in varied sectors like hospitality, pharma, manufacturing, logistics, banking, finance, hospitals, retail, marine, facility management, construction & real estate & chemicals to name a few. He is also a visiting faculty & guest lecturer at Welingkar, IHM –Mumbai, Kohinoor College of Hotel Management & SIES college Nerul.

Ganesh’ forte is OD interventions through process facilitation, Leadership Development modules & management development programs.
