Yoga is the unity of the mind, body and the spirit and India is the proud mother of this art of discipline. Off late, Yoga gained popularity as a form of physical exercise across the western world but seems to have taken a backseat among us. Keeping in line with this and our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaign International Yoga Day, The Forum Vijaya Mall will demonstrate a mass Yoga Fest on 18th June from 4 pm. The event is in association with fitness experts Zorba and Radio One. Introducing Chandranamaskar to guests, Zorba will teach one Yoga in fun forms with basketball and a stick. The high momentum exercise is sure to keep one on their feet and ask for more. Make sure to come early to check out the DJing by Radio One.
The Forum Yoga Fest is open to all above 18 years and registrations are for free.
