Cancellation Policy :

FIT Business – all cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.

GIT/Series Business – All booking confirmation to be received 45 days prior to arrival. the booking will be released only if the voucher is not received 30 days prior to the date of the arrival.  all cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.

Before 30 days: refund 100%

Before 20 day : refund 50%

Before 15 days : refund 25%

Less than 15 days: refund nil

Other Terms & Conditions :

• The hotel reserves the right to release the bookings, without prior intimation in case of none payment in advance
• As per the hotel policy, a maximum no. of 2 adults & 2 child (under 6 yrs) are permitted to share a room. Also note that a maximum of one extra mattress is provide in a room with an extra cost.
• In view of security reasons, you are requested to carry an original photo identity card: driving license / passport / voter id card / aadhaar card. the hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation in the absence of the same.
• This confirmation voucher is valid only when it is carried with the original receipt of heritage village resort. In case of bookings through travel agency, kindly carry the original resort reservation voucher issued by the agency.
• Rates are subject to change on management’s discretion, without prior notice.
• For continuation of stay subject to the availability of room(s), the usual per night hotel tariff will be applicable as for a fresh reservation. for example one night stay extended for one more night will not be considered as two nights.
• The hotel doesn’t guarantee to fulfill the choice of room(s) mentioned in terms of type of bed(s) and position of the room(s).there shall not be any compensations or refunds made in such cases.
• House rules and other terms and conditions of heritage village resort management apply.
• No pets are allowed in guest rooms or premises.
• No outside eatables, drinks or liquor are not allowed in to the resort.
• Provide local transportation on chargeable basis. You may book your local transportation at the time of room bookings or alternatively may contact concerned manager, minimum 24 hrs prior to your arrival, by providing your reservation details.
• In the event of any force majeure occurrence, including any public disorder, fires wars/natural calamities epidemic/strikes and lockout, any of the governmental or semi-governmental regulations preventing , performance here under, shall render impossible or hinder or delay the performance of any obligation here under, the failure of the affected party so affected to perform such obligation shall not be regarded as a failure to comply with this agreement, and upon performance may be suspended to the extent of and for the duration of such occurrence and failure of the resort in any way the performance of any of the agreed upon services and activities, due to any of the above mentioned occurrences, the resort shall not be liable, as they are out of its control for which, the resort is not responsible for.
• All disputes would be subject to jaipur jurisdiction.
