• Advance paid amount is non refundable & non adjustable

• Early check in & late checkout is subject to the availability of room
• The resorts reserves the right to release the bookings, without prior  intimation in case of non payments within 24 Hrs of written confirmation
• The entire amount of booking, for the total period of stay has to be paid in order to confirm the booking
• As per the resort's policy, a maximum no. of 2 Adults & 2 Child (Under 5 yrs) are permitted to share a room
• Also note that a maximum of one extra mattress is provide in a room with an extra cost

In view of security reasons, you are requested to carry an original Photo Identity Card (Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card / aadhaar card). The Hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation in the absence of the same. Rates are subject to change on management’s discretion, without prior notice, unless confirmed with advance amount.  For continuation of stay subject to the availability of room(s), the usual per night resorts tariff will be applicable as for a fresh reservation. For example one night stay extended for one more night will not be considered as two night. House Rules and other Terms and Conditions of heritage village resort apply. Full Day room tariff would be applicable for late checkouts beyond 2 hrs.  No pets are allowed in guest rooms or premises.  No outside eatables, drinks or liquor are Not allowed in the resort. We Provide local transfers on chargeable basis. Customer's may book their local transfers at the time of room bookings or alternatively may contact concerned manager, minimum 24 Hrs Prior to your arrival, by providing your reservation details.
