About The Event

Terms & Conditions

• Entry of guests during the sessions is strictly not allowed.
• It is mandatory to show the softcopy/E-Ticket printout from Meraevents for verification at the venue.
• Ticket cancellation is not entertained. There will be no refund on cancellation.
• Ticket registration is non-transferable and is valid for one person only.
• Please ensure all details to be correct before doing the payment.
• Please bring a valid identity proof for verification of details at the event reception.
• Guests badges will be given at the venue only on validating the details on event date.
• If identity details do no match with the one provided during registration, entry may be restricted by cancelling the registration without any refund.
• All guests should wear the guest badges during the entire event.
• Smoking and Drinking at venue is stricly prohibited and organizers reserves the right to cancel the participation in the event.
• Guests should maintain good conduct to avoid distrubances to other people at the venue.
• Any loss or damage to venue property by attendees is considered as an offense and made liable to pay for any such damages.
• Rules set by Hospitality/Venue partners are to be adhered.
• No Flash Photography or video recording at the venue is permitted, under any circumstances.
• Please contact organizers/student volunteers for any assitance during the event at the venue
• TEDxIITHyderabad/IIT Hyderabad/Students Organizers of IIT Hyderabad does not take any responsibility for injuries, loss or theft of any personal belongings of ticket holder.
