About Samuel Eddy

You might have been aware of the fact that Sam was involved with TED (Technology Entertainment Design) for over 4 years. TED talks are quite famous and popular and is now considered “The BIG DADDY” when it comes to talks!!

Based on this experience he founded SAM (Science Art Management) a name that can include any topic under the sun.

The reason the TED talks are so good is that it’s a professional company that helps the speakers and any speaker goes through a unique 7 step process before they can get onto the TED stage.
He looked for a professional Company to do the same but since he didn’t find any he started one myself. That is how QUERAYTED was born.

Initially QuerayTED only helped speakers speaking at our TEDx and SAM events but since many wanted to be coached we decided to extend this service to anyone.

He have also been a Toastmaster for the last 40 years. As you know Toastmasters was first started in the YMCA and his father having been a YMCA General Secretary introduced the Toastmasters in all branches of the YMCA Madras. So he had been exposed to the Toastmasters from a very young age.

So by combining all the good things drawn from TED and Toastmasters and by adding what he felt was missing from both, QUERAYTED was born.

Public Speaking is the number one fear of a human being, even ahead of the fear of death!! There is a urgent need to promote the art of public speaking as if you are not able to communicate your thoughts and ideas you will not go very far in life.

With this in mind and due to the unique experiences he has had in both TED and Toastmasters we are now introducing QuerayTED in Corporates, Colleges and Schools and also individuals to help people speak better. QuerayTED can help one become a novice to a qualified speaker within a short time.
