Here is step by step process to register for TCS NY Marathon 2018
1, client chooses one of our packages from www.dreamtravelindia.com
2, we re-quote them the entire price so that there is no confusion
3, prior to April 1 client pays the first deposit of USD350. After April 1 client pays deposit of USD650
4, we provide a receipt and letter indicating that they will run the marathon by email which they will use to apply for a visa
5, within 14 days client must apply for the US visa
6, if the client is denied a visa we will refund the initial deposit but ONLY when they send us proof of the denied visa and ONLY if they applied within 14 days
7, prior to April 1 and assuming the client obtains a visa they make their second deposit within 45 days of USD300.
However, if it's April 1 or later then they have already paid us USD650 so no further payment is due until July 1.
8, client provides the following information:
-a color scan of their passport page with name and date of birth
-mailing address
-phone number
-email address
This information must be accurate as we will use it for their race registration
9, final and full payment due no later than July 1st.
