All information supplied in connection with TatXpo will be collected and stored securely and confidentially and will not be disclosed to any person without the permission of the disclosing party. Personal information will only be provided to agents and services providers Tat use in delivering TatXpo. They will only be provided the information needed to deliver a specific service. Tat takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your information. Before you provide us with any personal information, you should read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy then you should not provide us with any of your information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not payable if you simply change your mind, however if your circumstances change please contact Tat immediately, such as any unforeseeable situation where a medical condition or a significant corporate event deters the deemed Company representative from attending TatXpo. 100% of the fee is retained if cancellation is requested within 30 days. Credit card surcharges and transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual or organisation from which the payment was received.
Event of Cancellation
Should TatXpo be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Tat will endeavour to refund up to 40% of the fee paid within 90 days of such circumstances becoming known. Tat reserve the right to retain costs incurred in arranging TatXpo.
