Super Mom Workshop

Being a new mum can be stressful. Are you struggling with aches and pains, feeding issues, postpartum blues and other challenges? 

We are inviting all new moms to come and be a part of the Super Mom Workshop conducted by internationally accredited experts. 

Topics covered :

1. Common Problems faced by moms after birth- anemia, back pain, diastasis recti and much more essential topics
2. Holistic postnatal care
3. Getting Fit, healthy and weight loss post pregnancy
4. Breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and introduction into weaning
5. Infant development
6. Postnatal depression

Please wear comfortable clothing. It is advised to carry a yoga mat.

Timing- 930am-1230pm
