Country Manager and Founding Partner

Harsh is the Country Manager and founding partner of the Indian subsidiary of Adizes Institute, a company headquartered in Carpinteria, 12 miles south of Santa Barbara, California, in the field of Management Education, Training and Development, Consultancy and Publishing. 

Harsh was Managing Director / CEO of the Indian subsidiary of several multinational companies during the last 10 years – Ray-Ban, Bausch & Lomb  and Intertek. Prior to that he worked in senior management roles in Hindustan Unilever. 

Harsh has a diverse background with more than 25 years of work experience covering Profit Centre Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing in Consumer goods, Healthcare, Optics, Testing, Management Education and has a record of building and nurturing high performance teams to capture opportunities. 

Harsh has been trained in the Adizes Methodology at Santa Barbara, California and New York. He is a gold medalist Chemical Engineer from BHU IT. An avid traveller he loves trekking and reading, is a vegan and lives in Gurgaon with his wife and 2 sons.
