About The Event

Greeting all Cyclists and Runners.

As the running season is over and all of our friends are getting themselves ready for next season. Team FitSquad Presents you first ever workshop for all runners and cyclists.

A comprehensive 2 Days session which will help you improve your performance.

Topics & Agenda:

Day 1:
6 am: gather at the venue.
6.15am: event starts
till 9 am: strength training workshop followed by basics of macros & micros.

Day 2:
6 am : event start.
till 7:30 am: Strength training workshop covering remaining aspects.
7:30 to 10 am : Nutrition Workshop.

Every participant will be getting:

  • Water and refreshments will be provided.
  • Manual of Healthy Active Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Fitness.
  • A free Body Composition Analysis thanks to Nourish Wellness and Fitness Studio to help you understand more about your current body parameters and how to improve it further.

Things we are planning to cover:

  1. 4hours of Strength Training (2hours x 2 days)
  2. Full body Muscle training
  3. 3 Hours of Nutrition Seminar.
  4. Pre and post-run nutrition preparation.
  5. How to tackle daily basis requirements.
  6. How to calculate Macros and Micros
