 A Step by Step approach to develop Mission, Values, Vision, SWOT, Strategy, Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecards

 

Strategy Planning starts during November – December  of every year for many organisations. But, the final strategy communication and deployment is very much delayed (some times after April/ May), because of complicated process followed and delay in taking few decisions about targets.

 

We have designed a simplified programme which will help organisations to design and deploy the annual strategy in timely and effective manner.

The programme is facilitated by highly qualified and experienced professional with more than 20 years association with Tata’s and was assessor for Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM).

Dr Ajaya Shankar Gupta is a Mining Engineer with MBA and PhD having +35 Years of Industry Experience. Prepared more than 450 Scorecards and trained more than 1000 executives on Balanced Scorecard. His PhD topic was “Fit between Balanced Scorecard – Business Excellence Award Model CII-EXIM /EFQM (BSC-BEM Fit) and Strategic Performance Management System – A Study in India”
