Star Trail & Astrophotography workshop
Chiiz invites you on an immersive journey of celestial discovery with Mr. Ajay Talwar. Travel to Kepler’s Observatory for a cosmic experience. One night of photographing stars, planets in the night sky in a dark location near NCR. Admire the beauty of the night sky as you enjoy stargazing and identify stars, planets and constellations of the Summer Sky.
The participants will meet at the Kepler’s Observatory, where they will shoot the sky in multifarious ways- a variety of focal lengths and field of view. The total duration of the workshop is 12 hours which includes an intense photography practical session of star trail photography. How to shoot stunning stars trails from a city where the lights overwhelm the sky. The workshop includes the method of astrophotography, i.e. exposure, ISO, aperture, tripod, direction of shooting, landscape, prominent constellations. Star trail photography practical at the venue for several hours and several nearby locations. Finally several examples of processing a making a star trail image will be taken up in the auditorium. You will leave the workshop will complete knowledge and know how of shooting star trails.
