Surya Shakti, an ancient yogic practice of Sun Salutaion is to energize the system to a different dimension. This 18-step process helps to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together. It helps to culture the body to build muscle, become physically fit, flexible & strong. You will not only be physically fit but in a different energy state altogether. With Surya Shakti, you will have a good strong spine which is needed if you want to be still. Only if you know how to be still, you will not be ill.
Pre-requisite for this Surya Shakti event : This Surya Shakti module of 3 hours is designed specifically for those who already have learnt Surya Kriya. So you must have learnt Surya Kriya to attend this event.

d) Participants should come on an empty stomach condition which means
Full meal - 4 hours gap
Snack (if skipped a meal) - 2 1/2 hours
Beverage - 1 1/2 hours gap. A glass or two of water is OK (you can add little honey or fresh lemon juice to water if you want)
Cigarette - 45 minutes
Alcohol - 8 hours
e) People with Hernia, Pregnant women and people with serious back diseases should not practise Surya shakti
f) People with following conditions should consult a doctor before practicing Surya shakti
1. Back, neck, leg or hip problems
3. Artificial joint replacement
4. Recent surgeries (6 months)
g) Comfortable clothing. If they are made of cotton then it will be very good for the practices that you will be learning.
h) Bring Yoga mat (compulsory) and cushion (if necessary).
