INTRODUCTION
After having 8 successful seasons of Sportzify Cricket Championship in Bangalore, Sportzify has come to Chennai with the first edition of Sportzify Chennai Cricket Championship.
One of the most amazing concepts where India’s most famous sport is given the prime importance. One single theme where every Cricket lover competes with the best teams in Chennai.
Sportzify Chennai Cricket Championship will have its 3 edition in the next 8 months. 1st one in September 2018, 2nd one in January 2019 and 3rd one in March 2019. It’s a mix corporate tournament.
Every participant will be getting an exclusive free T-Shirt.

Date & Day: 13th October | Saturday
Time: 9 AM to 9 PM
Venue: Tiki Taka Sports Club, T-Nagar Chennai
Categories: 6 a side + 2 rolling subs (Mix Corporate Knockout tournament )
ENTRY FEES:
Rs 2250 per Team

OTHER DETAILS
6 overs per match
No extras in leg bye and bye.
No overthrows are there
Extras are there in wide and no ball
Free hit in case of overstepping
Max 2 over by one bowler. You can use max 3 bowlers
In case of a draw, we will have a super over where 3 batsmen will be allowed to play
We have 4 and 6 only in the straight boundary
On the off side and leg side, you will be given 2 runs if it touches the side boundaries
The wicketkeeper is a must to have
If the ball touches the top net or the side net and you catch the ball it won’t be considered as out
If you touch the side boundaries (side wall or side net) and catch the ball then it won’t be considered as out.
All other rules will be explained to you at the venue.
NOTE:
It’s a mix corporate tournament where all participants should be working in any company to play in the tournament.
No college students are allowed.
Umpire decision is considered to be the final decision
In case of any misconduct, the organizer or the umpire has the right to disqualify your team from the tournament without any refund of entry fees
Make sure every team player carry their corporate id card or any proof that shows where they work
Make sure you report 15 mins before your match time.
In case your team is late then there will be a straight disqualification.
Registrations will get over 4 days before the tournament date.
Only online registrations are valid. No other mode of registration will be accepted.
Fixtures will be sent to your email id a day before the event.
Once registrations are done it cannot be canceled.
