An Engineer turned Digital Marketer, Rakesh Kumar started off his digital journey with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Blogging. After building and rebuilding countless websites, he took the social media jump and has never looked back.

Along with the experience of handling the social media strategies of SMBs and Startups, Rakesh is also a digital marketing trainer and guest lecturer. Currently, as a core member of Social Samosa, he manages the publishing operations while sharing his own perspective about the Indian social media industry through his columns. He's passionate about Inbound Marketing and has strong opinions about SEO.

 

Aditya Gupta

Aditya Gupta is the Co-founder of SocialSamosa.com - an Indian social media knowledge storehouse that covers everything that happens in the Indian social media ecosystem. In his role as the cofounder, he leads Social Samosa’s vision and future strategies; leading it to become one of the most popular portals in India and win accolades such as Best Blog in India at WAT Awards, 2013 and The Best News & Media Blog in India at Blogadda Awards 2014.

His entrepreneurial skills and leadership have won him several awards at National forums such as the “Star Entrepreneur Award” and he has also been invited to prestigious institutes such as IIM Calcutta & NMIMS for speaking sessions. He was also in the jury panel at the Manthan Awards in 2013 and headed a panel discussion on Social Media for Social Change as well

Owing to his evangelism for the potential of social media he frequently shares his knowledge with people through leading media publications such as The Times of India, The Hindu and Mint.

Passionate about building digital properties and latest web technologies, he ensures that he stays on top of all the latest advancements in the fast changing world of digital & social – which is both challenging and rewarding.
