TERMS FOR TICKETS

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.

• Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as SLUSH Small Talks Hyderabad (“we”, “T-Hub, SLUSH”, “us” “organisers” ) may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
• No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
• In addition to the ticket price your order may require payment of a booking fee per ticket, a transaction fees per order and/or other supplementary fees which may apply to the event. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement, which may be notified to you by the organisers.
• The resale of tickets is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
• We reserve the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
• T-Hub/SLUSH may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
• The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the organisers of SLUSH Small Talks Hyderabad.
• No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you, and nor will such tickets be refunded.
• Any disputes in relation to the event shall be brought to the attention of [insert name of the person and contact number]. The decision of the aforementioned person shall be final and binding.
• We reserve the right to modify or change the terms and conditions if required without any notice.
• The terms and conditions shall be subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
