Ms. Sherin Mathew

Sherin Mathew, is an enthusiastic young Millennial who’s entered the L&D space, has a passion for learning and technology.

She believes that learning is an invaluable asset and hence is a stickler for the same. As the founder of – The UpSkill Studio ™ she has evolved to help individuals and start-ups across sectors build their training function from scratch.

She received her B.Tech Degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University followed by getting certified from ICBI as a Soft Skills Trainer (SQA) certification. In the last 3 years, she has been able to spot and cultivate opportunities with various organizations and individuals. Her nature to be versatile and adaptable to the clients’ needs makes her one of the most sought-after development training session designer, trainer & branding consultant.

She has already clocked in 80+ clients under her brand along with completing 10,000+ training hours as a trainer in the corporate, 1-1 consulting and academic based behavioural skills trainings.
