Silk is an ancient and luxurious fibre. It has a lustre and sheen that is unlike any
other fabric and makes embroidering with it a very interesting hobby. Silk ribbon embroidery uses the same tools as traditional embroidery, though it does have its own unique technique and artist VJ knows is the best person to teach you the tricks of the craft.
Artist VJ is a silk ribbon who runs her own boutique. She is a professional trainer of porcelain painting, trained and certified in Malaysia and teaches and conducts classes in her own studio at her home and gives talks to clubs and guilds.
She will be at Jxtapose on the 23rd of June between 11 AM and 2 PM to conduct this workshop. All materials will be inclusive and for registration or further details, call 9346103050.
