About The Event

One final pitstop for Watertown Fest in Hyderabad with Shreya Ghoshal and Colonial Cousins on the 27^th and 28^th of April at Gachibowli Stadium. We’re also helping the NGO Heal a child spread awareness about their cause through our event in Hyderabad.

With our roots in Hyderabad, Creative Brands has now tied up with an NGO in Hyderabad - Heal-a-Child - (www.heal-a-child-org) Creative brands endeavors to host 2 stars of the nation on back to back evening in Hyderabad at the Gachibowli Stadium!

Heal a Child Foundation is a Charitable trust and Non-Profit Organization, founded with the mission to save sick children who may not survive, not because of their illness, but only because the family cannot afford to pay for medical expenses & prolonged in-patient treatment at the hospital.

The foundation, which started in June 2010, has saved over 450 children in the last eight years. Heal a Child does not focus on a specific area of illness & are one of the few organisations that help all sick children. They pay for medical expenses for very poor & critically ill children. The focus is newborns who need intensive care treatment and the girl child. The children who are supported are directly referred by local children’s hospitals in Hyderabad. Whenever the hospital receives a case where the child is critical and the parents cannot afford to pay for medical treatment, the hospital calls Heal a Child who will evaluate the financial situation of the parents & then support the child. The hospital bill is paid for directly by Heal a Child.

Due to the safety and security concerns of our patrons/audience, no re-entry is allowed for the event.
E-Tickets for the concert purchased will need to be exchanged at the venue box office to get the concert wristband.
Ticket holders need to wear their concert wristbands for as long as they are attending the event. No new bands will be issued in case of damage, loss or removal, etc. of the original band.
Ticket holders must carry a valid original government photo ID proof such as Driving License, Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Passport when attending the event. Attendees failing to produce such valid identification will not be allowed to enter the concert.
Tickets are valid for individuals aged 18 & above.
Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to confiscation or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
This ticket permits entry to the concert grounds only. Tickets shall not be valid if the bar code or hologram has been tampered with.
For security reasons, the organizers reserve the right to perform a security check on any member of the audience at any point during the event.
Organizers reserve the rights of admission even to valid ticket holders.
Food & beverages will be available inside the concert.
Any outside Food and beverages are not allowed inside the concert.
Alcohol is not served inside the venue.
Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming any illegal substances at the event will be immediately handed over to the police.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
Parking near or at the concert premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
Any property left unattended anywhere at the Event premises remains at the entire risk of the owner of the property or person leaving the same, and the Organiser does not accept any liability for the theft or other loss or damage of such property
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
