This module focuses on how to open every outbound and inbound sales call in a way that sets a productive tone and direction for the call

We will provide you with a new standard to asking customer need questions and finding the right solutions. This proven approach provides you with a method to use all of the great questions you already have too. You will be able to gain new insight to your customer needs and increase your sales at the same time. The best part of this program is how happy your customers will be with your solution.
After you have successfully open the call and collected the customer needs you may encounter some objections. During the session you will learn and practice how to overcome most objections.
During this module you will learn how salespeople from the west sell. This method will keep you on top and align you with your competition. If you reduce differences from your competition you will win more business!
