Prevention and preparedness are today’s need of every woman more than ever. Knowing how to defend you and your loved ones in a potentially violent encounter can save lives.

We take pleasure to announce that we are going to organize our 4th Self Defense Workshop for women designed to increase confidence through self-defense awareness on March 25, 2018 (Sunday). We invite you to learn the most proven and practical self-defense skills in a safe environment to empower yourself mentally, physically and emotionally.
 
What you will learn at the end of this workshop
The theme of the workshop will be to learn the best ways to detect and respond to difficult situations, to strike and take down the attacker and to defend by controlling and escaping from the assailant quickly. 
 
 
 
This workshop is FREE and open to all women.

A few things to note:
- Timings: 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM (2 hours)
- Attire/Dress Code: Sport/Gym wears with sports shoes.
