- Respect is the most fundamental aspect of empowerment. This theme explores and probes the various ways in which ‘respect’ of women in the society is being proactively enabled. Respect starts with self respect and is further enabled via the inclusive environment that is built by corporates, government agencies and society at large.
- REACH
- A conducive environment and all the various means to enable a woman or individual is only meaningful when used. Self help, courage and the ability to reach out, speak up is a very important factors and probably the differentiator in a culture being genuinely inclusive. Empowerement is not given, its taken. I am what I choose to be. Learn to cope, turn into a pro and RISE.
This theme is to encourage the women in the audience and the message in general of how each one of us has the ability to beat all odds and rise. It is the courage within us and the support outside that can help us to rise beyond and achieve. We learn from the story of a woman/man achiever on what it takes to rise. Be inspired
